Stage 6 - The stage of Integration
The final stage, the sixth stage of the Change Cycle, is the end of the change process. At this stage the millipede is focussed on integration – making the change a permanent part of his life. The millipede will feel satisfied, think very focused thoughts and act very generously to others.
The complex brain is still dominant allowing the millipede to conceptualize the whole change process – looking back; seeing all the stages; understanding the benefits; and clearly seeing what lies ahead.

The key to success at this stage is stability – taking some time to catch your breath, rest, acknowledge your accomplishments and prepare for the next change.

Remember:

“A little change can change a lot….”
